The Gull Lake Walk — Your Turn-In

Here in the village, watch for Gull Lake Road at the community-center corner — the little street that turns off toward the lake. That's the turn-in for the lakeshore walk we've built into this tour. Follow it past the marina to the parking lot by the library and the tennis courts, park there, and the walking tour picks up automatically from your parking spot: a full loop around the lake, a bit over two miles, nearly flat, good for every age in the car — shoreline, marina, campground, aspen and all.

Gull is the smallest of the four lakes and the locals' favorite — sixty-four acres, stuffed with trout, ringed by aspen. If you'd rather keep driving, no harm — the road rolls on and we'll keep talking either way.
